I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, and mood disorders. With children, I use creative and engaging methods, such as art and play, to help them understand and process complex and difficult issues in a way that is accessible and helps them develop healthy coping skills.
