Constant stress can be caused by trauma, abuse and neglect, health, work, relationship and financial problems and without healthy ways to manage your stress, you feel stuck, sometimes using drugs and/or alcohol to escape.

I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you find relieve from stress, trauma, alcohol and drugs and find a more balance healthy life.
