Our Rates & Accepted Insurance 

Our fees range from $175 to $225 per 53-minute session.

Insurance

We accept Anthem, BCBS, Aetna, UMR, Optum, Tricare, and United Healthcare insurance. If applicable, please contact your insurance company to determine your out-of-pocket costs per session. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Some clinicians accept treatment vouchers from the Loveland Foundation. Please do not hesitate to contact the office for more information.

Out-of-Network Providers

 If you have insurance through a provider your therapist does not accept, you may receive full or partial reimbursement for services you have paid out of pocket. We can provide a "Super Bill" for those looking to use out-of-network benefits. Please get in touch with your insurance provider for more information.

Cancellation Policy

We prioritize our clients by holding space for each person we see. When clients cancel an appointment, our therapists offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week. When clients cancel within 24 hours or are a no-show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen by a therapist. Our cancellation policy requires that we be notified of all non-emergency cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you want to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with the office at least 24 hours ‘ notice. The entire session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. Insurance does not cover the cost of a missed appointment. We will charge the credit card on file for no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
